We can't wait for you to create at the museum with us.

  • Our field trip experiences are designed for students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. 
  • Visits are limited to 100 participants at a time
  • We require a minimum 1:10 chaperone/student ratio, but encourage 1:5
  • Payment must be completed in a single transaction with chaperone payments collected in advance of visit.
  • Admission per person is $5.00 when booked online (Discounts may be available to schools in need*)
  • Field trips start at 10:00am and we respectfully ask that you plan to leave by 12:30pm

*The idea Museum is committed to providing all individuals​ access to the Museum. If your group qualifies for Title I funding, we may be able to provide financial support for your visit.  Please indicate your Title I status during your reservation and a member of our team will reach out to let you know what opportunities are currently available.  

Group rates apply to groups of 10 or more people and must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. 
If your group is larger than 100 we recommend booking multiple dates.
