Online admission purchases are refundable prior to redemption at the museum.  Refunds are processed in the same way they were paid.   If you are unsatisfied with your visit, please see a Visitor Services staff member the same day of visit.

Membership purchases are non- refundable and non-transferable.  Exclusions may apply.  If you have not yet visited the museum, we encourage you to pay general admission on your first visit and upgrade to a membership before leaving the museum.

Cancellations and refunds will be honored prior to the close of program registration.  Refunds will not be issued after class has begun.  If a class is cancelled, refunds will be provided to all registrants in the same way they were purchased.
